Faculty of Graduate Studies Membership

FGS memberships for tenure-track faculty that hold advanced degrees (PhD or Masters): Please forward a letter or memo from the Chair, Director, Head or Dean of your department to the Dean of FGS with the following information:

  • The new faculty member's name and department requesting the membership,
  • An indication that they are tenure-track,
  • Their start date,
  • A list of the faculty member's degrees, and
  • Text for this person as it should appear in your departmental calendar entry.
